I enjoyed working with the people and the new promotion, along with the marketing ideas of products we promote.

We worked together as a team, trying to help each other with new ideas and different ways to promote our product.


We were given incentives, made it fun, to try to reach our market goals.


Overall, I really enjoyed my time with this company and would recommend this company as a great place to start with obtaining Customer Service and Marketing Skills.

It is the worse place to work. You will get stressed out, management doesn't care, team leads don't care, you'll be lucky if you actually get your bonus cause they like to lie to make sure that you don't get it. Just overall, the most stressful and depressing place to work. Since you can't rate a zero on here, which is my rating, had to do 1.

Overall I worked there for only 3 weeks in total, every day was a struggle to leave my house because I hated working there. But work is work I supoose.

this job is really good for people who want sales experience it teaches you how to speak to customers build rapport and aquire sales for the company. managment was really good

The job was hands on and it never failed to keep me busy. Got some experience with customer care and learnt skills that I had learned in my prior jobs.

A bad experience on every level.The call center room is poorly laid out.Not only do you have the regular cubicles set up around the parameter of the room (which is how its supposed to be)but their is a table set up right in the middle of the room going from one end to the other so not only do you hear the person next to you,you have to listen to 25 other people behind you and made it very difficult to hear the person on the phone.Supervisor and I mutually agreed that it was not for me and I left after four days

This place is the worst place you can possibly work at. I use to work here back in 2004 when i was gr.9 when i got my first pay check i was happy it wasnt much but i earned it one day my family member died and i called in and said i can't come in and they told me no even though i told them the reasoning so i told them i quit. they refuse to give me my hard earned pay check like what the fudge i was so mad my mom had to go and drop me off at there location to talk to the manager in charge and they still refuse to give me my paycheck.

I felt like I was scamming people by trying to sell them things they didn't want. They got credit card info and social insurance numbers. Had to say they were qualified when they weren't. Claimed they never fired anyone in their years of running (which is a lie, they just phrase it differently). Difficulty with getting in contact with them after being fired. Managers were always extremely stressed out and very tense. Managers called you out and would tell you everything you did wrong out loud for everyone else to hear. They cut hours even though they only hire full time. They send you home or tell you not to come into work if you're not doing good with sales and then they don't give you the chance to improve.

Working there was so stressful, between the unnecessary noise. & the favoritism i dont know whats worse, the pay was good& is weekly, but the managers and the way they run things are so stressful

Got hired in record time...one minute after reading a script of five lines! Never heard of such a supersonic hiring process all my life. That shld have been a warning bell as well.
They lie to old pensioners, trying to con them into buying all manner of useless gadgets. I quit after three hours!

I was completely shocked such a workplace exists in Canada. A complete sham of a workplace

If you got hired here and stayed here, you literally have no respect on other people.
What they do inside this company is just horrible and it’s just sad how people can do it

Most life draining job I have ever had. Don’t be fooled by the ad- cruel, unreasonable managers who yell & embarrass you in front of the whole, over crowded office & you only make minimum wage because they send you home before you hit bonus but claim “your numbers aren’t good enough.”

This place is a trap. If you want manic depression, suicidal thoughts and ptsd this is the job for you. If you want zero job security you have found the right place. With the lovely advantage of working your a55 off for bullish pay and comm that will be taken away in a second for any reason even if the reason is not on grounds for loose of comm. The management is bipolar one minute nice the next yelling at you because you aren’t making enough sales when you are already at 7 sales by mid afternoon. The hours are perfectly arranged so you cannot cash your check at the bank so your check gets docked more and so you cannot set up interviews to get out of the trap. Even when you get severely sick they ask if you are dead when you say no they say ok so you can work than. THIS PLACE IS A TRAP⚠️ You don’t want to work here.

i really did not like working here but i did, had to sit in a cubicle all day and read scripts which is not my type of work, im looking into more hands on work, getting outside, physically working, ect.

I was trained for an hour and was put on my own after that, I was fired within 3 days because I wasn’t getting as many call transfer meanwhile I was only trained for one hour. Their motives are also not good and I was happy to leave because I didn’t agree with their business. Bad working environment, Management isn’t that good.

When I worked there, they didn't actually allow for breaks. You had break time, which was 15 minutes. But you could only ever use it for washroom breaks. The room managers were keen to tell everyone that you shouldn't be too long from your computer. Because that could be sales, ya know. Only break I got was a 15 minute lunch break. And if you finished earlier, you're back on the calls basically.
The other telemarketers in my room were very nice. As with the managers. They're helpful if you have a question or a problem. But they also yell at you if you have too many calls and not enough sales. It's a fast pace work environment, so it's very easy to get stressed.

I actually got so stressed out from the job it made me physically ill. I was scared to go back in. Mainly because of what I was selling.

Other than that, if you're able to sell things, and you really don't mind what you're selling, this would probably be a good job for you. As long as you don't get easily stressed. Also make sure to bring some throat lozenges with you. They make you talk loud and with excitement, which can be a bit of a drain on your throat. Especially in the middle of winter through spring.

Its a mentally draining workplace. The training is inadequate, only lasts a few hours. Then your placed on the phones, with a book of answers that are all very vague. One scripted answer, could literally be used for 20 different questions. Customers call in for one reason and somehow get re-directed to the call centre, where you manipulate them into getting something they don't want. And your not even being honest about what they are getting. Lie, lie, lie = sale = bonus! It's a very dishonest way to earn money. They have a now hiring sign that never comes down for a reason.
If your desperate and don't mind working in a crowded, warm, smelly and loud environment, with broken chairs, old headsets and a stone aged computer, while being yelled at by your manager (or coached - as they like to word it) WHILE your on the phone with a customer - then go for it - Enjoy the one and only break you get every day during that 8 hour shift. (in a small, crowded, dirty lunchroom) Move fast if you want a seat....

Great work place, friendly managers who push you and give you advice to be the best you van be. Not just for work either. Also they play games while on the phones. Would love to go back and work there again.

The job is very stressful since the supervisor keeps pushing you to work the calls even when you are working your calls but it just does not go through probably because the call got hung up or the person on the other end was just not interested. Even when the call is not in your hands, you are forced to make the best out of whatever there is. And most importantly, it is highly unethical since we are exploiting people's misery by feeding them some wrong information in many cases.
