Don’t do it there’s better out there: run . This company will try to kill you first: I had my manager messaging me at 2in the morning asking me to log in on my days off to do unpaid work. So no.

I learned a lot about what is expected of me in a call centre environment. I had some great bosses and some jerks too but it evens out. I liked most of my coworkers and most stayed to themselves or in a click. I liked that we were all from somewhere else and we could be supportive of each other when you have a goal driven mindset.

They will absolutely waste your time and effort! They wasted three days of my time. They had me complete an assessment. It's on grammar and typing speed. They will have you jump through all the hoops only to tell you if you don't live in the provinces of Ontario or Nova Scotia they will not hire you. Would have appreciated if they would have let me know that before I completed the assessment. This company does not respect potential employees at all.

I was part of the management team here. Absolute horrible experience! Expectation is to work 50 hrs/wk not inc. weekends. When I expressed this to the VP I was told 'welcome to TP' in other words suck it up and deal with it. It's one thing if you're getting paid a fair wage but to the expectation of work hours and to be not appreciated by the VP just put it past the point of no return for me. I have worked as a Sr manager in alot of companies this was by far the worst experience and company EVER!

In my time with Teleperformance I was expected to meet difficult or impossible metrics in a high stress environment with little real support. High turnover and low morale was normal. I would not recommend to a friend, or enemy.

I am almost working 2.5 years with TP but there are supervisors are so bad! they don't know how to take care of agents! they don't care about anyone! they only care about themselves etc. At the end of the day! The supervisors must change in order for TP to stop the favoritism.

This company needs to be unionized.Apply if you need money ASAP. Resign ASAP.Don't believe that 4-5 star "I love working here" reviews, they are fake.

recruiter was extermley rude and un professional. All Assement test were ask to be finished in a 1 hour period when 1 of them was 1h30min. Never recieved there emails for orientaion or training need to be push to get them as to not be penilized.They lied about salery and job description upon hire was told one thing then once in was something else. Once i quit they never paid me last salery and chasing them for it everyone says there is norhing they can do yet i worked those hours and expect to be paid those hours

Poor management.They expect you to work professionally when they themselves aren't.Very underpaid + pay you minimum wage and expect you to perform as a high skilled worker.

A good place to work but sometime you will be getting calls back to back and some customers are going to treat you so bad. You can't get promoted easily on your own ability, you have to be someone's favorite.

Those searching for jobs should avoid this company. Unless you are willing to deal with: being overworked / underpaid, un - fair office politics with in management, constant micromanaging tactics and being viewed as an expendable employee with absolutely no value.

I was promoted 5 times in 5 years from agent to finanly operations manager. I worked on average 50 to 60 hours a week paid for 37.5. People in equal job but less knowlege and abilities making 10 to 12k more than me. The corporate mentaility is awful. Hr paper worked faked at the vp level. Taking home company equipment to use privately on weekend. I collapsed at work and to this day pension

Zoals in vele Callcentra gaat het enkel om de cijfertjes. Op Inbound wordt je binnengehaald maar gaandeweg pushen ze meer op Sales en andere KPI's die erbij komen. Het is net fabriekswerk met SV's die zelf niks weten van de diensten/geen kennis van zaken hebben en alleen maar elkaar napraten en naar de KPI's kijken. Daarnaast werk je voor een minimumloon, wat niet van deze tijd is en zeker niet passend gezien het soms zware werk wat je doet in de Belfabriek. De systemen werken meer niet dan wel mee.. Onderling maken Agents er het beste van maar dit is echt een baantje voor tijdelijk als je snel iets zoekt.

a bad place to work,lots of discrimination,micromanagement, bad pay (you put in your best and work hard and yet you don't see the benefits, you are not appreciated, pay is not even up to the work you do) pay could not even cover my rent and transportation even when i worked overtime,minimal growth,very very inconsiderate. they don't care about you. all they want is the work done, and zero work life balance

It's look sweet from begin but by the time you will find out the hidden stress and bad management, if you have faith in yourself never like this type if companies.

As a newcomer, the company is great to start with as they have a good campaign. I as an employee had an issue with my campaign (Fanatics). You are never paid for what you have worked. Even after running behind the management every employee still faces the issue. Growth in the company is not decided on how long you have worked or your scores but if you are from a particular community then you can be promoted in a week.
