Bonus quelques fois
Très courtes pauses, pas beaucoup d'avantage
They conduct interviews almost everyday for the same positions. They never retain employees and their management team is the most confused set I have ever witnessed. I will avoid even doing an interview. It is a waste of time. Thousands are interviewed over zoom daily, nobody gets hired.
Waste of time
They don’t care about the agents. I was working in the back office team for a year, and they just decided to remove our department and transferring us back to frontline again without giving us a training again, because working in the back office has different process from working in frontline.
The training was quite well done and we were taking calls in just two weeks. The business I was hired for was quite trendy, it's just that some people like to complain. I was expecting a lukewarm experience overall, from the reviews I read before joining. Here's honest advice: if you're paying attention during training, putting in genuine effort to learn while on the job, being frank about your learning areas with your manager, and willing to read the process knowledge articles, trust me when I say this - Teleperformance is an amazing place to work! I was nominated for chats by my supervisor / process lead within a month, and met the business process targets, which led me to earn a bonus. My experience working with my manager was always a charm, the assigned systems worked well and hardly threw surprises, and close to my last week of notice period I could see for myself how serious the management was regarding compliance, process trainings, and weekly team meetings. Many complain about pay, my answer is work honestly and get the client promoted monetary bonus (I got it in four months), advance your career as a trainer or a Quality Analyst, and invest in long term happiness. Or, go somewhere else and realize that you missed out on a great career, big time. I'd be happy to recommend Teleperformance as your next career stop, especially if you're new to Canada and setting sail in this beautiful country.

Great place to start your career and grow if you have the ability to prove your skills. The work life balace is great, very supportive management and HR.IF only the pay was as great as the organization, I would never quit this job and move to other.
If new in Canada it’s a great place to start , you get to learn first hand Canadian work culture and experience that will equip you to move to other sectors

This company needs to be unionized.Apply if you need money ASAP. Resign ASAP.Don't believe that 4-5 star "I love working here" reviews, they are fake.
You can be hired if you have pulse.
Nothing unless you want to take this company seriously
recruiter was extermley rude and un professional. All Assement test were ask to be finished in a 1 hour period when 1 of them was 1h30min. Never recieved there emails for orientaion or training need to be push to get them as to not be penilized. They lied about salery and job description upon hire was told one thing then once in was something else. Once i quit they never paid me last salery and chasing them for it everyone says there is norhing they can do yet i worked those hours and expect to be paid those hours
It was a pleasure to work here! Amazing environment and management. The only issue is the salary base. It is not enough to make a living in Toronto...

A good place to work but sometime you will be getting calls back to back and some customers are going to treat you so bad. You can't get promoted easily on your own ability, you have to be someone's favorite.
You will get a chance to learn how to deal with customers.

I don't want to give any suggestions or any review on this company. However for basic pay or first job in canada. Its good or you can say better then others but minimum wage pay with lot of hard work. And no personal or family life balance for sure.
I like working here, I wish I could move to another campaign within the company. Because the current campaign is going kind of out of lines and the client is not really professional. I like the HR, work system, facilities, recognition, etc.
Working with TP was a great experience. The organisation policies were great ans secured. The management team is flexible and comprehensive as per any private and health issue faced with the employer. But everyone has to do its job carefully.
They need to work on the salaries and increments for old staffs from their 50cents annual increments to something better, it’s dehumanising.
It’s a perfect place to work, they give you room to grow and expand, very flexible organisation to work in . Atmosphere is conducive for some and not for some, They should try and be stricter on the dressing codes of the staffs, some dresses like they are going to jog, some like going to do groceries and some like they are going to bed in pyjamas, it’s does not make them look professional. They need to work on their dressing sense.
Amazing work experience for starters. Wonderful trainers, best management and colleagues. Oh, Salaries are timely too! Its a fun place to be if you enjoy talking and are looking to seamlessly explore your career in CS.
Been working here for almost a year, supervisors and head of the campaign tells you you can change campaigns after passing probation. Blasphemy! I’ve been trying to transfer to a different campaign for the past 4 months, my supervisor doesn’t even want to do the paperwork to have it done, HR apparently can’t help me, and even the head of the department doesn’t want anything to do with this. Why lie to your own employees?Horrible company with false promise
Look, I met my girlfriend(ex now) there and my sister was a colleague so not bad there. However that’s where it all ends. Nepotism was rampant. Nothing against Arabs but once they had one of their own as a supervisor, it was all over. Worked there a full year and couldn’t advance up the « corporate ladder » for everyone up top were either friends or Arabic and or both and nepotism was the game. Unless you wanna just get paid minimum wage n management in general was awful HR didn’t care at all, imagine a hen house... they were desperate for contracts with other companies that they were assigning people from some campaigns and move them to another then shut down that other go home and that’s it or you’re a student so it doesn’t matter, you will die of old age never moving forward at all...
