Working with TP was a great experience. The organisation policies were great ans secured. The management team is flexible and comprehensive as per any private and health issue faced with the employer. But everyone has to do its job carefully.
i learn as i work on a business account under Telstra. with this account it is a Business account i handle and it is base on Austria. Telstra is the former main internet provider before NBN was role out in AU. I handle night swift Business account.
I do technical stuff by providing or resolving inquiries about internet, like ADSL or Cable connections. Sometimes I dispatch technician if the problem are inside the house because of the line works which came from outside of the house once I found out that I can't resolved it through phone and needs a technicians to do it for the customer's. Provide satisfaction process for them to use the internet happily and provide some tips or information on what to do next time.

Worked here for almost a year and they suck, their shift and strictness level is alarming. They don't know how to make their employess happy and feel motivated to work.

work environment is great special if your make friends in your training class it helps when you go out on the work floor cause there's always communication and, everyone helps each other , unless its really crazy at the moment you wont get to many helping hands cause everyone's tied up which is ok cause you should expect that. management is respectable very honest no complaints , sometimes they can be lightly confusing in a sense of direction or specifics from head but they give you one on one time and that a plus when it comes to guidance and understanding in a work place ,. no one acts like there above you and everyone is understandable in a sense as to say no fights, no arguments and if there is a dispute a general office meeting is called with all staff ensuring balance and everyone wins ,

The most enjoyable part of the job are the people who works with you. Getting involved to different people with different culture and religion however the HR doesnt care that much about their employees.
not well managed
Its good only for time being as pay is less and managemnet is worst .they dont pay you enough for the work you are doing and at the same time lot of micromanagement .though you make lot of good friends on this place

best part of the work is being able to aid the person the is in need of assistance it is very rewarding to the thought of giving the person clarity and understanding in the troubles that they are having. also hardest part of it is the process of calming down an irate customer

Teleperformance is a cool job and has a nice building filled with a lot of nice people which of course comes with some bad apples but eh what do expect. I just wish they paid for agents on campaigns that do internet repair.
I worked at Teleperformance as a Samsung technical support agent for roughly 6 months. In my time there I met some pretty genuine people, that is about the ONLY thing that was truly beneficial from my time there. Not only does Teleperformance treat their agents "just another number" but there is also a lot of favouritism amoungst supervisors, "floor support" roles and management. There are empty promises from upper management about bonuses. Many agents that worked with me would work incredibly hard to win gift cards for hundreds of dollars only to be jerked around by supervisors and upper management (this including samsung excuetives) about when we would receive them. There are plenty of people that would eventually receive them after continually asking for what is supposed to have been rightly earned. Teleperformance is also an EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED company. ABSOLUTELY no organization. The communication from management-supervisors and then to agents is absolutely horrible. Upon being hired they changed schedules that were promised to us , policies for how we should be conducting calls on a weekly basis and also constantly change supervisors because of their high turnover rate!! Dispite Teleperformance's open door policy, your voice can never be heard when you have a concern. They do not care to listen to your concerns as an employee and will terminate you if you seem to threaten there "image" . Good luck to whoever decides to work here.
Favouritism, Lack of communication, Disorganized, Unprofessional
Fun workplace with regular up-to-date training. Company takes pride in products and services from its clients. Nice introduction to Apple products and services. Nice environment, colleagues and superiors.
