No respect for clients who call in with a problem. Management wants you to talk to the caller not more than 10 minutes and finish the conversation whether their problem is resolved or not. Management doesn't really care. One call solution is a lie in this call Center.
Co-workers and agents working under me were very supportive. But the upper management was very much miss behaving. They would put a all off stress and unfair targets for the team leads and the mentors. Over all experience was not that good.
Good for newcomers to Canada to stay for a few months. But on the long run wouldnt recommend. Management is not good, will drive you crazy on a day to day basis.

co workers are nice but theres very little supervisors on the floor so whenever you need help you could stand there with your hand up for hours and sometimes no one will reach out to you at all.

Great experience working here, great for learning how to deescalate situations with heated customers. The hours feel long, and the call volume is very sporadic. Had a few scheduling issues with multiple workers.
Most of the supervisors are very supportive. Salary is too low when compared to the average salary for similar technical support profiles.
Easygoing frinedly colleagues on the floor. Neat and clean workstations.
Most of the time its very noisy and busy.
I can't really say anything good about this company. Some of the people who work there are ok. On the down side the management is laden with ego issues and the recruiting department will tell you anything to get you to sign on. The pay is slightly above minimum wage but their expectations on employees are too high. Basically trying to squeeze every penny out of you before you get fed up and quit. Avoid this place unless you are starving.
Dishonesty, poor wages, poor management.
