Great place to start your career and grow if you have the ability to prove your skills.The work life balace is great, very supportive management and HR.IF only the pay was as great as the organization, I would never quit this job and move to other.

Amazing people work here, management could be better. I have been on both sides both as an agent and as a supervisor. I can say that the people i have worked with are the most intelligent people i have worked with in my life, but management refuses to see and compensate people the way they deserved to be compensated. Just giving people a livable wage could give them more incentive to stay rather than training new people every month to compensate for the people who are leaving because they found a higher paying job

- good company with friendly staff - good for new-comers who have just come to Canada - friendly environment and good floor support - flexible working hours with suitable timings

It is great environment to work. people you work with are great. Learned great things starting with my CSR position till Supervisor. Management is good.

The office is located in a good part of the city. The building and Infrastructure are very good. The Management is accommodating and the work is great. A good work life balance too. The only thing that needs to be worked on is the Remuneration. The per hour for agents is minimum and Supervisors is salary but is very very low. That is the only demotivating factor in Teleperformance,

Management is interested and helpful in campaign requirements and needs. The supervisors are professional and well trained and timely in their coaching and development of the agents

As with all call centres, the work is very demanding but the difference with Teleperformnace is that they are big on the development of the employee. It's more than just the grind with this company. They have programmes and systems in place that sees to the development of all employees and they promote upward movement from within. Its a fun environment to work in with various activities to increase employee satisfaction.

Teleperformance Thunder Bay in my opinion has been set up to fail ever since we lost our Microsoft client, it has been a horrible work environment for the last 4 years and it has only gotten worse as time goes on.
