Working at Teleperformance has giving me the chance to work in different campaign however, I never thought of working as a basic technical support but I did and they provided me with the training to be successful. I love Teleperformance.
Points positifs
Free brekfast, hours if you wish to make more money
Points négatifs
Long hours but all depends on your attitude and if that is what you want

Poor management.They expect you to work professionally when they themselves aren't.Very underpaid + pay you minimum wage and expect you to perform as a high skilled worker.

WORST COMPANY EVER.They will make promises they cant keep.Pay rate is less than advertised.Campaigns will close and you will be transferred with zero schedule accommodations.

this was my first job in Canada. i was grateful for the opportunity. i did everything as per their guideline and regulations. i received good scores every week on my monitors. and yet, one morning i go to office as usual...and they call me to HR and tell me im being laid off!!!

managers are strict, breaks are way too short, no job security regardless of how well you perform!
