Longs hours and non-stop call flow

Not worth sacrificing your family time to work for this company. You may be micromanaged and terminated in a constructive way. Advice to the management is that to take care of the employees.

Good place to start and gain canadian experience. Workplace is good with good team and supportive colleagues. They hire mostly for contract and extend if good performance

TP was my first job and I worked there for almost 3 years. There is a lot of opportunity to grow and learn! Only left the company because I was in school full time and was unable to balance.

Stable job, low pay

Low pay, diverse culture. Excellent growth opportunities. Anybody can grow into a Supervisor in 6 to 12 months because for most people, it is a temporary job, so those who stay get promoted but most leave. It is a very stable job but doesn't pay well.

Productive

it was good . pay was good for wfh. supervisors were supportive and friends. but difficult to achieve the kpi as the customer is not happy with the company and they rate us low. when a call is transffered to another dept we get rated for their experience with them which was not good

very professional company to pay in time

company is good but don't bother to consider their own ex employees which is really sad. I have been trying to get a job for months but don't get any kind of consideration.

Not bad company

It a good company if you just get to Canada but don't expect much from the company. Pay is minimum wage depending on the campaign. Some manager can be good but some would be your friend but they are not.

Good for timelass

Not so bad but there is lots of politics inside the company you will not be able to grow even after giving your best. I was the top performer for almost 6-7 months.

Good plce to start your career

Teleperformance is a good place to start your career.They give you paid traning for 2 weeks.After that you need to take calls.They have supervisors available to help you everytime

Busy workplace

Good place to start if you are interested in having customer service experience through chat and calls. There was a nice intercultural environment and managers were pretty encouraging and easy-going. However it can be stressful on busy days which can be very common depending on your campaign (which is randomly assigned).

Nice atmosphere.Friendly colleagues.Nice cafeteria. Good coffee.Bonus hard to reach.Competitive work environment specifically during work promotions openings.

Long hours

Repetitive calls and mindnumbing.No advancement opportunity as it is simply a call center.Good for a short-time work to earn some pocket money until something better comes along

Work from home. Speaking to customers all day. Can get boring. Not a lot of opportunity for growth.

Fun workplace

Work was a mix of calls and chat messages. however, at times, chat and calls would happen simultaneously which would affect productivity. Overall, a good experience.

They laid off people on Christmas

They waited Christmas time to massively lay off people in Toronto. They kept talking about massive coming lay off for a year..to finally take the decision that it's going to happen before Christmas. They got you depressed for the entire year

Low salary and not good benefits

The company has a very low salary even with experienced customer service. The place needs to be renovated. Lockers not secure even though you have locks & keys. Anyone can still open amd grab your things.

Took to much of your time

Too much wait time for the final pay, it's hard to file a leave.... they value their employees equal opportunity given to each of the employees.. supportive leaders
