The environment is fast paced but supportive. You need to communicate effectively to pacify and retain customer. Overall working is good but you need to be calm, well aware of the company policies.

Paid training, mildly reasonable managers, easy programs, fun coworkers, good location. Not the best place to stay long term, but good to gain some experience.

I really enjoyed working here and it served as the best medium for me to have a Job Experience as my first official job. Very convenient/flexible Shifts.

Working in Teleperformance was quite an experience. It was a beginning level company who hires cheap labour for his call centre. Most of the employees are students or part time workers

A great place to work. Productive and fun place with table-tennis, dart game and other fun activities. Approachable management. Various process with different skill set to suit your needs in accordance to organizational needs.

Teleperformance was a good company to work at. It is very fast-paced and it teaches you how to move fast in a work place environment. I have learned to be more efficient when it comes to complicated tasks

Hectic place to work at unless you manage to suck up to someone who will help you move up and get off the phone. But if you're on the phone, you'll have no time to catch your breath.

It's good to work in teleperformance but the salary is less and no job security and chances of getting promoted is good but not for everyone, it's good for a start but not for long run

The worst place ever to work at. Poor management ever, careless and unprofessional HR. They easily steal your work hours. Favouritism is at its highest level. If you raise any issue you will be penalized for. It has toxic and poison work environment. Never recommend it to anybody. Human rights are never respected and protected by management.

It's always going to be stressful in customer service. I loved that training was very low-stress, but the job itself times everything you do to the second. On top of that, supervisors don't get raises.

Minimum wage. High turnover. They will forget to pay you and every paycheck you have to BEG more than once to get your missing pay. Favouritism exists.

the one thmg i didn't really like about that place is the pay, they make you work a lot and pay you so little and they will still expect you to dress as if they pay pay you thousands of dollars

not a great place to work if management does not like you for some reason. they will find a way to get rid of you. they do not care about what you're going through in your personal life even though you have been with them for over 2 years.

Working the overnight shift should command a higher pay than just $1-2 more per hour. We are turning our world upside-down to fulfill the company's goals and they should give us more. Plus they need to STOP all these discrepancies in salary payments!

Not all your hours are paid; even if you come on time to work and take breaks within the time limits, you are still not paid in full and there’s always hours missing from your pay. Also, they tell you there are premium shift pay but barely get paid that

If you are willing to work 48 hours a week or more, then apply to the company. At the interview, you will be told that working extra hours is not mandatory. However, the offer letter will state that you may be required to work 48 hours a week, if business requires. Also, you are entitled to 24 hours off in a week, and 48 hours off in a fortnight. If you are a newcomer and have no other job, then take it up.

I was working there for Samsung promotions campaign for three months. I enjoyed working and made friends as well. My Supervisor there was very nice and always helpful. If you needed any help they were always ready to help you.

I joined the company and left in less than 2 years. From the CEO all the way down to a Supervisor, the people are so unprofessional and crude. The pay is very low compared to the market average and even if you go above and beyond, there is always someone to point fingers instead of taking responsibility. This is an awful place to work. Please, find something better if you can. This is not the pace to be valued. Everything they post on social media about being inclusive and diverse is all a lie. RUN AWAY!!!!
