For employees aspiring to progress in financial services sector this can be a good place to gain valuable insights to append to the knowledge learnt in acdemia.
pay the rent - that is exactly what all the employees say on the floor when asked why are they working here. The company offered me a job when no one did and I am grateful for that. I was expecting growth and a successful career here, however, there is no room to grow. Depending on the campaign, your experience may vary. Overall company is okay to being and gain experience however it is not a company to plana a long-term future.
Amazing people work here, management could be better. I have been on both sides both as an agent and as a supervisor. I can say that the people i have worked with are the most intelligent people i have worked with in my life, but management refuses to see and compensate people the way they deserved to be compensated. Just giving people a livable wage could give them more incentive to stay rather than training new people every month to compensate for the people who are leaving because they found a higher paying job

hours are never properly clocked in by system, very little is done when it comes to proper organization for how ,missing hours are dealt with. Management is more interested in gossiping about representatives than properly assisting representatives with issues regarding work.
Co-workers and agents working under me were very supportive. But the upper management was very much miss behaving. They would put a all off stress and unfair targets for the team leads and the mentors. Over all experience was not that good.
Good Entry Level company. For someone who is accustomed to big Call Centers, not so overwhelming. Team leaders are approachable and friendly. First day of work there is a company sponsored "sandwich feast".

TP isn’t a good place to work they pay people bare minimal and expect you to kill yourself for the company. The place is mentally draining and the turn over for management is disgusting. Management has no moral compass and doesn’t care about its workers. The only thing that is good about this company is the people you will work with and meet that IS IT! Only would recommend if you are looking for a short period of time t work.
Teleperformance is not the worst place to work, but being there for the last 5 months I went from high to low, imagine working extra hard doing long hours only to get a small paycheck, worst case is that I wasnt even paid for all my hours. They do major cuts and at anytime can just fire you like that, it's not the best place to work and I'm considering other options
Opportunity to grow and very engaging work environment, amazing, genuine staff. Nice place to start your career. Work hard and diligently and you’ll reap the rewards, gear bonus structure
Teleperformance is a great place to work at because the culture, the people and job security is guarantee but salary is really poor. This should improve in order to keep good employes. Also need to improve on more efficient Organisation
Though there where free time at times during calls no activities or sessions where taken, new agents on floor are clueless about the process and management doesnot even answer there queries properly as they dont know any thing about the process. They dont take calls so they have no idea about the diverse issues happening. There is no agenda followed to pass new information or an ongoing issue update, they rely on the client system too much and doesnot make any efforts to train people. No actions taken against repeat offenders. They do not know how to help the client understand the agents needs and convey their queries and inputs to the client. The process is good but the management needs work.
