For employees aspiring to progress in financial services sector this can be a good place to gain valuable insights to append to the knowledge learnt in acdemia.
Those searching for jobs should avoid this company. Unless you are willing to deal with: being overworked / underpaid, un - fair office politics with in management, constant micromanaging tactics and being viewed as an expendable employee with absolutely no value.
Toxic company culture, awful management at every level, inconsiderate HR team, horrid recruiting and low pay.
The treatment feels like the pay you get. Payroll ignored issue with salary payment during pandemic when funds were needed. Receive my my salary after 3 months
Cool trainers and campaigns
Lack of genuine care from senior managent
a bad place to work, lots of discrimination, micromanagement, bad pay (you put in your best and work hard and yet you don't see the benefits, you are not appreciated, pay is not even up to the work you do) pay could not even cover my rent and transportation even when i worked overtime, minimal growth, very very inconsiderate. they don't care about you. all they want is the work done, and zero work life balance
you receive 1st hand discrimination !

Depends on the campaign you are in , mine was really good Supervisors were the best bosses I ever had , infact they become your friends overtime Good work experience considering being new to canada
As a newcomer, the company is great to start with as they have a good campaign. I as an employee had an issue with my campaign (Fanatics). You are never paid for what you have worked. Even after running behind the management every employee still faces the issue. Growth in the company is not decided on how long you have worked or your scores but if you are from a particular community then you can be promoted in a week.
Too manyinside campaigns
Pay, discrimination on basis of community.
Worked there for 10 months. Could have worked a few more months but I relocated to another province. It was my first job since I got my open work permit. I was happy when I got accepted. Colleagues are nice. Overall, I liked working there if not the low salary.
Insurance benefit but you pay 20% of the cost and some dental you pay 50%., Pay is good if you work overtime and night shift.
Some supervisors of other campaigns have impartialities towards the employees., Work is sometimes stressful but overall enjoyable.
It’s a happy place to work in with friendly staff, professional environment, good structured work place, organized place, work on timely manner, the staff is always willing to help new comers and I a short time you become a pro as well. I love the place but the salary is poor.
Professional, Flexible and friendly environment

I don't want to give any suggestions or any review on this company. However for basic pay or first job in canada. Its good or you can say better then others but minimum wage pay with lot of hard work. And no personal or family life balance for sure.
I like working here, I wish I could move to another campaign within the company. Because the current campaign is going kind of out of lines and the client is not really professional. I like the HR, work system, facilities, recognition, etc.
This place does group interviews (20 or so)because they lose as many people daily. You're nothing but a number and a body on a chair. Management is awful. Pay is low and they work you to the bone. No life work balance. No benefits. The knly good thing? Located downtown Toronto.
No respect for clients who call in with a problem. Management wants you to talk to the caller not more than 10 minutes and finish the conversation whether their problem is resolved or not. Management doesn't really care. One call solution is a lie in this call Center.
Cooperative supervisors, stressful environment during peak times but teaches you to work under pressure. most of the people in senior positions, like a trainer, a supervisor, all have been a Customer services agent before. So it is evident they provide growth opportunities.
Been working here for almost a year, supervisors and head of the campaign tells you you can change campaigns after passing probation. Blasphemy! I’ve been trying to transfer to a different campaign for the past 4 months, my supervisor doesn’t even want to do the paperwork to have it done, HR apparently can’t help me, and even the head of the department doesn’t want anything to do with this. Why lie to your own employees?Horrible company with false promise
In finance, technical analysis is an analysis methodology for forecasting the direction of prices through the study of past market data, primarily price and volume. Behavioral economics and quantitative analysis use many of the same tools of technical analysis, which, being an aspect of active management, stands in contradiction to much of modern portfolio theory. The efficacy of both technical and fundamental analysis is disputed by the efficient-market hypothesis, which states that stock market prices are essentially unpredictable
