nothing to write home about lots of calls and no flexible work schedule otherwise covid has made it possible to work from home that helps but if you have kids it can also be a problem

TP was my first job and I worked there for almost 3 years. There is a lot of opportunity to grow and learn! Only left the company because I was in school full time and was unable to balance.

Stable job, low pay

Low pay, diverse culture. Excellent growth opportunities. Anybody can grow into a Supervisor in 6 to 12 months because for most people, it is a temporary job, so those who stay get promoted but most leave. It is a very stable job but doesn't pay well.

Productive

Fast-paced and productive company. Some love it , some hate it. Give a try to see how you like the job and the environment . Would recommend giving it a try a least. There’s a lot of opportunity for growth

Bon environnement de travail. j'ai bien aimé travailler pour eux. Des fois le stress du travail peut être difficile, mais c'est quand même une bonne compagnie.

Long hours

Repetitive calls and mindnumbing.No advancement opportunity as it is simply a call center.Good for a short-time work to earn some pocket money until something better comes along

Paye correcte mais environnement stressantr

Le stress etait au quotidien par la pression que les gens mettaient pour recevoir plus dappels et de les finir le plus vote possible. En cas d'erreurs tu peux etre reproché. Compare à dautres le salaire etait bon et surtout possibilite dovertime. Beaucoup dapprentissage des systems informatiques Sabre surtout.

Low salary and not good benefits

The company has a very low salary even with experienced customer service. The place needs to be renovated. Lockers not secure even though you have locks & keys. Anyone can still open amd grab your things.

A good first telesales job

I knew nothing about this kind of work when I started at Teleperformance, I learned a lot there. The managers were always sincere and helpful. The absolute best part were speaking with the customers , they a=were always very patient and kind.

Stressful

Being agent is good for starting your career here. But move on after to better things in life. Not worth working here as supervisor or managers. It will get very frustrating and stressful.

Not the best but not bad depends on your career goals

Nothing out of the ordinary for a call center environment You can make the bets out if it or it could be your worst experience depending on who you are and what you looking for Personally I liked working there regardless of the negatively around you

Not bad for a starter

The job is fine if you are looking for a first job but salaries are low and managers are asking too much from employees. I learned lot of things but it not an easy environment

Good

Multicultural company. You will learn a lot especially if you are a new immigrant. The salary is Ok and most of the supervisors are helpful and patient.

Don’t work there they don’t care about you

People quit all the time because of poor salary poor communication poor management no one will help you . If you don’t check your hours you maybe get underpaid. if you just need money and don’t mind the mental pressure go for it.

Good WFH environment

Managers are super chill as long as you respect their expectations. Can be very stressful if you are not used to do customer service. If not it is a pretty decent place to work at

Poor pay, micromanaging vibes and high turnover.

I've worked there for a summer. Pay did not correspond to the workload but purely on the client's budgets. I did 4-5 services and was paid minimum wage, while the Apple people were paid $16 at that time. Was a few years ago.

Disorganized

I’ve been trying to get aholdOf teleperformance in MTL for over a year now to get old RL-1 slips and it’s impossible to get a contact point. While I was working there 2020-2021 they would mess up my pay, leave us with no leader even tho it was WFH. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It would be great if they replied to this and provide a contact point to get my intro from HR.
