Les formations sont payées et complètes.Le télétravail est appréciable et le salaire est ok même si en étant bilingue c’est léger. Cependant l’environnement de travail est assez toxique avec les managers. On va toujours vous pousser à faire plus et à vous considérer comme un chiffre, on vous met la pression pour rien car les erreurs d’en haut ne sont pas assumées. La rotation d’employés est extrêmement importante.

Typical Call Center

It was ok during the pandemic time but I would not recommend anyone to work at Teleperformance for more than a year. Because the amount of work and pressure they put on you is too much to handle.You have to receive calls back to back and if you aren’t taking it well, you will receive warnings.The work culture is toxic and management is very poor.No room for improvement.

It was a good decision during the quarantine

It was a good decision during the quarantine. Low salary, uncompetitive salary compared to similar companies in the city. Better suited as a job for a few months, I do not recommend staying for a long time

nothing to write home about lots of calls and no flexible work schedule otherwise covid has made it possible to work from home that helps but if you have kids it can also be a problem

Pathetic place to work

I would not recommend anyone to work at Teleperformance.The amount of work and pressure they out on you like you are about to get a cardiac arrest.They would make you do 80+ cold calls per day and if you don't, they fire you.The work culture is toxic and management is very poor.Run from that place as soon as you can.

c'est parmi les meilleurs centre d'appelle avec qui j'ai travaillée et je conseille tout le monde a travaillée avec eux surtout pour un début de carrière

Kind management healthy workplace just pay could be better

As the title says, friendly management and kind. My campaign wasn’t stressful, only negative is the pay could be better. Opportunities for promotions are often available.

TP was my first job and I worked there for almost 3 years. There is a lot of opportunity to grow and learn! Only left the company because I was in school full time and was unable to balance.

Great place to work everyone in it together can be stressful but your never alone and everyone is very understanding and works together to get what they need

Stable job, low pay

Low pay, diverse culture. Excellent growth opportunities. Anybody can grow into a Supervisor in 6 to 12 months because for most people, it is a temporary job, so those who stay get promoted but most leave. It is a very stable job but doesn't pay well.

Productive

it was good . pay was good for wfh. supervisors were supportive and friends. but difficult to achieve the kpi as the customer is not happy with the company and they rate us low. when a call is transffered to another dept we get rated for their experience with them which was not good

very professional company to pay in time

company is good but don't bother to consider their own ex employees which is really sad. I have been trying to get a job for months but don't get any kind of consideration.

Travail constructif pour la personnalité

Ce qui j ai aimé. C est le respect qui régit toutes relations entre le personnel.Ce qui. N est pas agréable. C est le stress et la pression qui sont insupportables.L aspect amical peut aider a. Supporter cette. Pression et a se sentir. Important dans la pérennité de la société.J ai appris énormément en côtoyant un personnel et des responsables avec des qualités humaines indéniables .

Productive

Fast-paced and productive company. Some love it , some hate it. Give a try to see how you like the job and the environment . Would recommend giving it a try a least. There’s a lot of opportunity for growth

ok but minimum wage. No growth opportunity

hybrid somtimes. long drive if not living Toronto.......No growth opportunities. Best as a stepping stone for gaining experience and moving on to better opportunities

Not bad company

It a good company if you just get to Canada but don't expect much from the company. Pay is minimum wage depending on the campaign. Some manager can be good but some would be your friend but they are not.

Good for timelass

Not so bad but there is lots of politics inside the company you will not be able to grow even after giving your best. I was the top performer for almost 6-7 months.

Not a good place to work

Lack of proper communication. Pay is very low. Management is very irresponsible. I was put on a waiting period and was told that I will be assigned to a campaign in a few weeks but after that there was no response from my manager or the HR even after sending hundreds of emails. So basically they just terminated me without informing.

Targets are unreasonable

Situation is not fair. Imagine you've got a few meetings a day and sometimes still being requested to fulfill the daily targets like 30 calls and 30 emails per day. Too much admin meetings, trainings, you will have to prepare the pitch after your work. You have only got a certain numbers of companies in a quarter and being too annoyed will not be a good way of communication for client's relationship. Clients get annoyed and literally expressed during your meetings. A lot of unexpected negativity has been occurring during my cold calls or in my meetings. That's literally a loop, a negative cycle.
