Not suitable for long term and very poor management

I worked with them for almost a year. Firstly, the training is not enough for the program. They pre-selected everything and you have to accept their rules no matter what. The management is very poor and they behave like they own your soul. Firstly, they will behave very nice but after a month they will show their true color. Secondly, they don't tolerate anything. If you made a little single mistake then you will get warring or kick you out. They have favoritism issues and they don't care about you. Specially, the supervisor and manager are very poor behavior, uneducated and immature. They don't know how to train agents or educate them, they just know how to give you punishment. You can't believe they have a problem with your normal behavior. They try to control your activities. So many things going on there and people don't stay with them long. If you don't want to get tortured and put yourself in an immature place then don't work them or don't stay long. Trust me, they really don't care about you.

run, run as fast as you can, if you need a job from them quickly to land another job, do it, but be careful and smart about it, they do not give good training and have very messy management and unclear motives

Lack of support decent pay

Goodluck bcuz you're going to need it after training and integration is done as you'll be on your own and no help to be found. However decent pay and an experience to add to your CV.

Stressful, no incentive to work hard. Overall terrible.

The job in itself isn't that bad, but the management staff is awfull, the training is minimal, and there is basically no incentive to take a high volume of calls.

Just an OK job

It was nice getting to meet many immigrants. However, the work was pretty straight forward. Nothing complex or out of the ordinary. Many unruly US customers and scammers over coffee accessories!

Simply Awful

Run from this place! Never any way to get a hold of anyone…. Campaigns end abruptly, no one advises until the last possible second and then they have no other positions available. Don’t depend on this place for steady income!

And it is exactly that, it may begin rough but it WILL turn into a great experience.

Like most large corporations, that do mass hiring, at time things are bound to go a little rocky. But the trick is to right the ship and steer the ship out of the rough waters. They are proud to advertise that it was certified a great place to work in 2021 to 2022. And it is!

No support at all

When you are struggling and when you tell them about it. They just don't care and ask you to continue working. They don't even care about your MENTAL HEALTH.

Work from home opportunity

This work is good for moms like me as I have 3 kids. I am a chat agent so I am not that stressed compared to those who are in calls. My manager is nice. I would recommend this work to others to help with the daily expenses but it is probably not enough to sustain all the living expenses.

No advancement or career growth

I would not recommend anyone to work here as the job is too much and the payee and the benefits are unfair and the stress and the management that always think you are not doing the best yet you are.

Production and fun working place.

Teleperformace is big and beautiful company which accommodates the best service for their subscribers. Create love and awareness between staffs. Listens to staffs anytime you have a concern.

A good job to start with but don't stay forever.

Teleperformance is a decent company compared to some other call centers. However; despite being in the business of communication this company has very poor communication skills. Management is pretty disorganized and they can and will micromanage you to insanity. If you are lucky enough to be in a good campaign don't count on it being there long term. If you have schedule needs/ preferences they will most likely be ignored even if you have tenure. (Unless you are lucky enough to be in a campaign where they feel like accommodating you) Keep track of your hours because TP will mess up your time at some point. Teleperformance has had some really good people quit because they were treated poorly. Ultimately you are just a number to this company and their loyalty is purely to the clients. My advise is to stick around if you really need to but once something better comes along Take it and run.

Horrible ...

The training we recieved did not properly prepare us for our daily tasks ... the ongoing web training was a joke and again did not prepare us to deal with our clients accordingly ... the client had more knowledge of the product than we did in most cases. Team leader I had came one day with a way to do something and then came the next day with a complete different method. And other team leaders along the way also had and showed different ways

If you’re in need of some quick cash This might be the job for you but nothing to take to seriously, very awkward pay schedule you will be paid only on the seventh and 22nd of every month

Poor management, site feels dirty, easy job

Experience partially depends on a client you work with. No phones and devices are permitted in the office. If the client visits our site, TP management may don't allow to bring a snack (fruit or smth). Cleaning guys do their job in the way of wiping all desks with the same fabric. Salary bonuses are easy to achieve. Supervisors are cool and friendly. Management communication is poor and they also may act arrogantly towards agents. Another thing, ppl constantly leave the job so sometimes it could be extremely high call volume due to an understaffed office.

It sucks

I do not recommend working here at all run. Managers know nothing no one ever helps. No training provided no help. All they care about is stats you're just a number

Great Supervisor

I had a great supervisor on the campaign I worked for that was very flexible and understanding. Leave of absences were available if and when necessary.

Okay company. The work is really fast paced. I feel the pay doesn’t match the work load. It can be really stressful and very fast paced. It’s takes a toll on the body.

Toxic work environment!

One the worst job I have ever had ! They don’t respect the employees and their clients. They pay awfully. Don’t waste your time in this company. They don’t deserve it !
