Sick Leave policy are the most hardest part of a call center agents, as we need to get a medical certificate before we can go back to work. We are only allowed to use sick leaves like 3-5 days only. But as long as you have a medical certificate to provide, management were able to understand the situation.
Sick line is always open to call in for a scheduled shift call off
