Nothing the place is great as it is

search for a profile within the company for internal posting.

Raise salary cap, pay the employees what they are worth, and expand on open HONEST communication.

For me, I will not push too hard all the employees, provide them support and help if they needed. Provide entertainment for them to have a relaxing day after work, provide a super happy place like for the top agents, perfect attendance and who always follow the rules which give them a free vacation for 2 or a free dinner for 2 for them to appreciate what have they done on their work.
