The company is a good place to learn more about tech and supply chain while getting challenging b2b marketing problems. It is lacking a bit of internal structure but it is being improved on.

Good employer overall but need to improve internal culture

- The culture make it hard for intermediary type employees, but for a senior and junior they are over average good. - They treat employees with respect but they lack of evaluation method, they don't take the time to analyse the facts and rely too much on other people opinions. - They lack at the management level, assignments are almost always done at the last minute. Lot of lost of contract and implementation delay. - They are one of the employer who respect the most the different cultures, they make no discrimination. - Lot of employees are working for them for more than 10 years, which is more than any other companies in IT. - They have a strong and competitive product and perform fairly in American market. The product is easy to personalized which is very appreciated by customers.
