Good employer overall but need to improve internal culture
- The culture make it hard for intermediary type employees, but for a senior and junior they are over average good.
- They treat employees with respect but they lack of evaluation method, they don't take the time to analyse the facts and rely too much on other people opinions.
- They lack at the management level, assignments are almost always done at the last minute. Lot of lost of contract and ...Que pensez-vous de votre employeur?
