Good company to start your carrier. Have lots of opportunities to grow within company. People are very helpful. Learned lot of new things and how to handle team of more than 5 team members. Always encouraged to take initiatives and run multiple projects at the same time. Workplace culture is very nice, everyone is very respectful and friendly.

Developing new accounting software

Enjoyed developing Tecsys's own computer accounting software, at my time in 4G. Working in a team you learn how to be an efficient team-player. Co-workers were friendly, again in my time mostly men very few women were in this field, but did exclude me. This just gave me more time to excel in learning the software. Overall, I enjoyed my time at Tecsys and it gave me good experiences.
