I work full time at Td Canada a Trust. I just applied for the Td insurance advisor role however I need to write the RIBO exam 75% is the pass. Worst case scenario if I do not pass , what happens to my employment with Td?

  • You’ll be given a second chance to write in 2 weeks. If you fail twice they will terminate employment.

  • You get two chances to write it, as long as you almost passed it the first time. If you still fail then you don't get to keep the job.

  • If you fail, you will get a re-write. If you fail the second time, they will most likely let you go. That's what they did with somebody in my training class.

  • You have the opportunity to do a rewrite of the exam, however they make you pay a fee to do so.
