I am currently in employed at Tbooth and Tbooth is one of the best places to work at. They took care of us financially during covid-19. The hours are amazing and flexible, great place to make good money if you are good at sales

Great company to work for. You can really make a great living here if you put the work in! This company really showed how much the valued their sales staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. The kept everyone employed and well paid during our time of closure.

The most rewarding part of the job is building relationships with customers and helping with their wireless needs over the long term. There is great focus on following up with customers and making sure they are happy with everything you helped them with.

The training is excellent and as you move up in the company more training is given.


This is a sales company and you are expected to achieve certain metrics and sales add-ons. Fortunately, everyone uses a cell phone, so these targets are achievable and you are compensated very well for your work.


Glentel is definitely a company you can make a career out of and be paid well in the process.

Tbooth is a very fast-paced and sales driven environment that changes and evolves everyday. New promotions, new plans, new phones, and new ideas all the time. The best part about working here are the customers and the customer service you bring to the table. It's all about creating long-term relationships with your customers to create your own network within the organization to be an efficient and effective salesperson. Teams are about 4-6 and close-knit and highly-qualified and knowledgeable, so it's always a fun day coming to work. The downside is achieving sale targets when the economy is struggling or during slower months, but the expectations stay the same from the company. It is a commission-paying job, with an hourly pay as well, but you want to work towards more sales for a higher comission payout. The best part about this company is how they treated us during the major pandemic, still supporting us financially and getting constant updates from DM'S, manager, and even the President of the company. That really showed the passion and commitment this company has in putting it's employees first. Managers like any organization vary from store to store, but most are committed to helping their team grow and develop into leadership goals. There is no shortage of opportunities to grow and develop, as long as you are willing to show you want those opportunities and put in the work. Work-life balance can be tricky with this company because the organization is customer service focused, customers call at all times of the day, and there are no shortage of conference calls, training - plus...
