On a typical day, I start by checking my e-mail and voice messages and replying to anything urgent immediately. I then prioritize my work, reply to incoming inquires received via e-mail and /or chat in order of importance.I also check incoming faxes and electronically batch and scan any warranty forms received. Documents intended for other departments are forwarded to the appropriate team member.
I check the company's online portal for documents uploaded incorrectly. I check the electronic files in Content Manager and update them regularly. I answer incoming French calls forwarded to me by the Call Centre. I occasionally have meetings or training sessions during the day. I work closely with my co-workers and supervisor to resolve any pending issues. I sometimes cover reception at the front desk or assist with other office duties as needed.
