Great place to grow

Really great employer that flies under the radar locally (few Canadian customers) and does important work internationally. Terrific workplace environment and great employee perks. Really interesting market focus - renewable energy - and a trusted brand name. The management structure is fairly horizontal and the company is family-owned. The leadership team works closely with employees at all levels. President is friendly, kind and easy to talk to.

Targray is a family run business, and they do a good job to focus on the well-being of their employees. Small company (50 people) so it is easy to get to know everyone and what they do.
