The team here at Arbutus Walk is just amazing! The best I have ever worked with. It is not easy to find a place where you feel welcome, people are caring, considerate, where everyone is willing to help and is striving for excellence. I found that here. Incredible work environment.Working with seniors is also very rewarding. When you see smiles on their faces even for things you could consider "small", everything makes sense and you feel purposeful.The leadership team is very supportive and opportunities for learning and growing are there to be explored if you are interested and willing.

I hadn't considered a role in Senior's Living, but I'm so glad I found Tapestry. The work is incredibly rewarding and each day is a little different than the last. I've always felt supported by the leadership and have had many opportunities to learn & grow within the company. The Residents really are the best part and getting to know them and serve them sets this job apart from others.

Great company to work for with several advancement opportunities

Since I started at Tapestry, there were many learning opportunities and opportunities to advance. The General Manager and my co-workers were very helpful and they are always willing to teach me more about their departments, and different positions.
