Great place to build connections with senior adults.
If you enjoy being around the elderly and helping than this is a great place. However, Management and the Corporate culture is about profits first and people second. Everyone is deemed as replaceable so there is no incentive for management to try and keep good employees. There is a lot of turnover at all tapestry communities and this speaks volumes to the culture of the organization.Business Manager (Victoria, BC)

Great company to work for with several advancement opportunities
