Save yourself the time and do not work here
I loved this company for so long when I worked here... but that did not last long. The management will treat you poorly if you ever bring up any issues and every now and then head office will come down to sweet talk. Turnover is high because they do not respect work-life balance and there was constant overtime. Compensation was not worth the headache; no tips. Very fulfilling job,very friendly atmosphere with residents and coworkers.
After working here for a couple of years I must say I've had nothing but growth within the company. Best Job Ever!
I feel like I truly lucked out finding this job. This past year I had the pleasure of covering a maternity leave position for Wellness Associate at Wesbrook Village. There are so many amazing things I can say about this job, but it really comes down to the people you work with.
