Avis d'employé sur Swissport International Ltd.
Horrible company to work with
No advantages at all , people are rude and always stressed out. The job has long hours, barely any normal breaks. Always on the run and walking all day is fine. But not having any advantages was not what I was told/promised at first. No free or partially free tickets, no bonuses, no insurance for one year... salary is no that great. Unfortunately swissport isn’t what is seems. I saw many people quite the job after only first few months. They need to do more for their employees. And most of all the people in management need to learn how to introduce themselves in a polite way, in order to build team confidence.

There is a lot of things you can look at while working for swissport. Your typical day at work consists mostly on the go and not stopping until you finish your job and head home. The best thing about working with Swissport is meeting a lot of new people and new faces pretty much every week to month as the turn-around is much greater due to people coming and going. The management part of swissport is which you don't want to politically involve yourself in unless you are ready to be taken on a roller coaster ride as you are given minimum tools and are required to do the job in best/worst of the weather. The workplace culture is non-existent as a unionized environment you have no say pretty much anywhere due to all the politics of seniority and all will make you feel like you're doing the job yourself as oppose to "TEAM" work that requires a healthy workplace. There is no hard part about the job as everything is as simple as it can be and if you are a quick learner you will pick up things well otherwise you will have hard time adjusting in there.
There is no pros.
There is a lot of cons.
