Management is terrible. There is a large turn-over of people in the department. No recipes are alike and weren't taught. There were no proper training. The training I received was dumbed down due to no proper training to trainer. No one were willing to train because they wanted to keep their easy jobs. You would be stuck with harder jobs. Be sure to receive gossip and judgement. One mistake gets you told to the top manager. Most coworkers were good but the ones who's stayed a long time mistreat their coworkers. If they dislike you, you will be told to do their work and told on for being slow. Typical of work, people are two-faced. The salary is sure to be low and you wouldn't get the salary you ask for or was told. There is no advancement within the bakery department, including salary advancement once you're hired. The best part of the job was the set hours.

I did not have a good experience working at this company. The manager didnt seem to care about his empolyees, only about saving money and cutting hours. He was never around and there was nobody doing inventory so we were always running out of things (butter, soap, forks). Everything was disorganized and unprofessional. The hardest past of the job was to finish on time. I always ended up working late, expecially around the holidays because there was just too much for one person to handle. I never felt valued, and i never got a raise. . A lot of the people that worked there were really nice hardworking people, who should have been paid more.

Worked many positions at this grocery store, we served a higher end clientele. Family oriented and lots of opportunity to learn different departments in the store. Early morning shifts. Most enjoyable part of this job was the staff and clients we served.

If you want to practice communicating and connecting to clients/customers, being a cashier in Sunterra is great as they push you to provide a friendly environment for customers. But in Sunterra Britannia, management is a bit difficult but staff is really friendly.
