Good team members
Usually, the standard questions. I don't really remember being asked much, other than when I am available to work and start. In my case, I was 16 and this was my first job so I didn't have any experience. From what I can remember, I was the one asking most of the questions like:
-what kind of things will I be doing?
-what do you look for in an employee?
-what are you looking for when someone applies?
Nothing. The manager likes to hear himself talk.
