Great place but shifts are way to long.
If they were a two week on one week off, it would be perfect.
3 on and one off is to much to be away from family.
The culture can be worked on as it's very clicky. Groups hang with groups and not very open to add to said group.

not the best place to work
very stressful, lots of forced overtime, in my department, extremely bad management, and anyone who complained has been laid off in Supply Chain. My co-workers were awesome and very helpful
