1. They invest in your education 2. You work on your own, but not by your own 3. Bonuses structure rather confusing. 4. It's best you have a solid network in place.
Horrible place to work. No spirit or compassion from manager and workplace very dreary. Not a healthy environment to work in. Constantly belittled by manager to the point of making me ill.
Damaging to self-esteem.

I truly enjoyed working for SunLife in Ottawa for almost 19 years. I would have continued to work until retirement at the company if I had not relocated to another city to follow my spouse and his career advancement.
great atmosphere and wonderful colleagues
completing the quarterly performance management reviews
I was employed by Sun Life and its predecessor companies, Met Life and Mutual/ Clarica for forty four years. Excellent organization My last 28 years were spent on the General z,toros account where I managed the Service Delivery of Dusanilty and Lufe Insurance benefits for the employees of GM
As an intern for a few weeks, I learnt how effective good communication can change desired outcomes. Management was very energetic and excitable and had a wealth of knowledge that was shared. Co-workers were also very willing and able to share their knowledge and help in anyway they could. The hardest part of the job was the end of the internship. I really enjoyed learning things I never knew, I never knew.
Learning something new everyday
Not enough hours per day.
The days went by in a blur, as there was always more work to be done. It was also nice being able to listen to music all day while working alone on a stack of papers to be filled.
listen to music
not much variety in work.
I found that when I did this particular job that I wasn't using my skills that I had acquired. My co-workers were easy to work with.
