They don't pay well
I would not recommend working for this company as they have begun to outsource work to other countries to cut costs and therefore do not pay well domestically.

The job may have given you time to spend at home but the call center industry is not for everybody. It is a highly stressful job that deals on most days with escalation as the calls that you receive are mostly people who are disabled or sick needing their money.
My main role was initially managing customer information, organizing files and conducting data entry. From here I branched into Client Services, explaining benefits to clients in detail in a professional manner. The management was excellent, with a very positive corporate culture that encouraged growth and positivity. My co-workers were a highlight of the job, and I enjoyed the opportunity to expand my knowledge base about Compensation and Benefits.
