Good work culture, repetitive work
Coworkers and management were a pleasure to work alongside. A family-like feel almost.Work can be repetitive. Hours WERE great as well with short (or no) Fridays.

Really Nice Managers, Coworkers
Dispensary department is fast-paced, almost always something to do at all times of the day. Everyone is very helpful and willing to answer any sort of questions. You can work at your own pace at this pharmacy, you will never be rushed or told to work faster. They tend to pay higher than the average pharmacy, with full-time, steady hours, so hours are not changing with each shift.

Good Company, Poor Management
Worked in Chews for almost 1 yr. Managers choose their favourites and demean the rest. Cliques are already establish, so you’ll be lucky to find someone nice to actually chat with. Family workplace environment, not stressful job
At Summit we make compounding of medicaments. Some days are a busier than others, but nothing impossible to achieve. They teach everything you need to know to perform the job. There is team work, and everybody helps each other. The management is great! They are there to help you achieve your goals and guide the team, and know what is going on in the company.
