very long hours, and extremely large workloads. enjoyed the environment because of co-workers. The pay was not bad, but as the more work I did it did not seem to justify itself.
Long hours and extremely stressfull
There is not enough words to describe how much I hates working at that terrible place. It was soul crushing. You are forced to stay on the phone constantly while you get called every name possible. You’re a dollar above the poverty line . So then it makes it hard to afford to go do anything else to leave to better yourself if it hadn’t been for my parents helping me, I wouldn’t have had the money to move.
The benefits were not bad.
Every single day I was there.
Worst place I ever worked poor management they are like a revolving door there managers lie and bully employees as well I was forced to be in a closed door room with two males that were verbally threatening me
Everything about the place

there is always something new to learn and a situation to overcome. it is fast paced yet slow. they provide a wide range of hours. There seems to be a disconnect between employees and management but were working to resolve this. Your co-workers make the job.
It was unfortunate that they wanted so desperately for people to be disconnected from the workers around them so they would put them in these cubicles and give them coloring sheets like small children. The job itself was fine, the attitude within the building however was bleak and would give me a sense of doom the minute I walked in the door.
Managers were usually easy to talk to
No natural light came inside the building for 8 hours/day.
A good place to work if you are physically disabled, live at home with your parents, or partner with a true bread-winning spouse.
Management is rather poor in my opinion, and this company is incredibly cheap. They do not even attempt to keep the best employees, nor appropriately reward them. They also, do indeed, salary cap you.I've worked there 9.5 yrs. I make only 13.19/hr.The hardest part of the job is when you first get on the phones. You have to get used to pretending to understand more than you actually do, despite 'training'.The most enjoyable part of the job is talking to interesting strangers on the phone, and meeting some good and interesting people while you are there.I did learn to deal with all different kinds of people on the phone anyways.. and other people skills that also inevitably are acquired just by living life not as a complete hermit. But as far as really useful skills and knowledge it seems like I have acquired very little even after all these years there, sadly.
easy to get hired. job security. it is hard to get fired.
no union (currently), insufficient compensation, chances are you will need outside 'support' from friends and family, unless you live like a monk
