During the five years I worked there, there was a steady decline in shift flexibility, support, and training, while there was a steady increase in workload. Employees were given progressively less and less time to file notes and review product or policy changes.
Booking time off in advance for important family events or to use the hundreds of hours of vacation I had accumulated was nigh impossible.
Employee satisfaction was low, few employees staying longer than 2 years.

Worst place i have ever worked

and would never work for them again they changed your hours all over the place and it was very hard to handle a work and life balance. management was unable to do their jobs appropriately

Everything is a lottery. you either win or you don't. You have to be sales driven. Pay is ok, most of the staff hate being at work, which can be stressful. A lady once had a heart attack while on a call and supervisors wouldn't let her leave. I wasn't cut out for it, maybe others are.

Work schedule is not ideal for employees, as a single parent at the time, I had to constantly adjust my life out of work such as making sure I had child care in place to be able to work my shift.

Okay place to work as long as you come prepared to work. Must be able to sit for long periods of time but they do provide a cafeteria for you to sit and enjoy a meal that they can make for you.

I enjoyed my time at Stream Global I worked as an inbound CSR and enjoyed helping customers. The management team was positive and made work fun. Unfortunately the pay was very good and I had to move on to make more money.

The job had little to no benefit other than the paycheck. The stress to sell on a consistent basis, was Ad nauseam for the customer and the attempts could bring about terrifying results for some who were unprepared for the backlash.

Literally the worst place I have ever worked at. They make you feel like you have a chance to succeed and move up in the work place, then never back that up no matter the effort that is put in. Essentially, if you're a friend of someone high up, then you've got a chance.

They also treat their employees like garbage, their focus is never on the customer (which is the worst), and there is nothing you can do without getting written up. And I never got written up yet I knew it was the worst.

It seems tempting, but avoid at all costs

Stream is a well known inbound call center that handles technical support for a variety of clients such as Dell, Rogers, HP.

The training is very informative and includes all the tools to do the tasks that are presented on a daily basis. An individual with little to no call center experience would be able to work for this company as their training is very complete. All aspects of the job are covered in detail by the training facilitators.
