During the five years I worked there, there was a steady decline in shift flexibility, support, and training, while there was a steady increase in workload. Employees were given progressively less and less time to file notes and review product or policy changes. Booking time off in advance for important family events or to use the hundreds of hours of vacation I had accumulated was nigh impossible. Employee satisfaction was low, few employees staying longer than 2 years.
Friendly team supervisors
long hours, poor support, very difficult to book time off
and would never work for them again they changed your hours all over the place and it was very hard to handle a work and life balance. management was unable to do their jobs appropriately
Everything is a lottery. you either win or you don't. You have to be sales driven. Pay is ok, most of the staff hate being at work, which can be stressful. A lady once had a heart attack while on a call and supervisors wouldn't let her leave. I wasn't cut out for it, maybe others are.

Stream global services was a great customer service workplace. Competitive employment opportunities and multiple different areas to work. Stream offers multiple training programs to advance employees into other areas of the company.
Stream offered a number of options for various skill sets, primarily technical. The frequency of change provided a certain level of excitement on the campus.
various options for employees
managing a large campus could be challenging some of the time
The job was alright, the people I worked with were great. However, the company owed me over 800.00 in commission from sales and decided to pull the plug on my employment.
Management, Advancements, Treated poorly.
I enjoyed my time at Stream Global I worked as an inbound CSR and enjoyed helping customers. The management team was positive and made work fun. Unfortunately the pay was very good and I had to move on to make more money.
Miss few ppl but thats bout it Terrible work environment, long hrs-that place sucks your soul Finally getting out of that heck hole!!!
Stream company was third party company for rogers. It was fun working. Used to have lot fun activities and Official Parties. Working atmosphere was really good and manager used to arrange party every month for their respective teams
Literally the worst place I have ever worked at. They make you feel like you have a chance to succeed and move up in the work place, then never back that up no matter the effort that is put in. Essentially, if you're a friend of someone high up, then you've got a chance. They also treat their employees like garbage, their focus is never on the customer (which is the worst), and there is nothing you can do without getting written up. And I never got written up yet I knew it was the worst. It seems tempting, but avoid at all costs
Makes you regret life
Stream is a well known inbound call center that handles technical support for a variety of clients such as Dell, Rogers, HP. The training is very informative and includes all the tools to do the tasks that are presented on a daily basis. An individual with little to no call center experience would be able to work for this company as their training is very complete. All aspects of the job are covered in detail by the training facilitators.
Complete customer service and contract based training
Client Contracts change often
• Helping customers solve a wide variety of billing problems and filling orders for products and offering suggestions that provide a more complete solution to their needs—some routine and straightforward, some complex and challenging • Performed credit checks on customers for new activation • Offer advice to customers and help sell new products
Providing solutions for the clients customers when the front line agent could not solve the issue at hand. One can really utilize problem solving skills with this position.
Due to contract issues with clients lay offs are common.
