Answer calls and trouble shoot customer issuespatiently gather customer info before trying to troubleshoot problems.there is 1 manager to every 10 or 15 people , I have over 1000 co-workers.The hardest part of the job is staying focused and driven to excel.the most enjoyable part of the job is the incentives to do well.
good wages, good people
bad shifts, not enough hours
They train you very well, once your on the job it takes a little to get used to but a very supportive team players. Logging the calls accurately and swiftly takes some getting used to but really easy once you get the pattern down.
Sitting all day
There is not enough words to describe how much I hates working at that terrible place. It was soul crushing. You are forced to stay on the phone constantly while you get called every name possible. You’re a dollar above the poverty line . So then it makes it hard to afford to go do anything else to leave to better yourself if it hadn’t been for my parents helping me, I wouldn’t have had the money to move.
The benefits were not bad.
Every single day I was there.
