Good for anyone simply looking for a minimum committment job. Not a good place for young cooks/chefs as they do not have a good culture for learning proper skills. Instead they will teach shortcuts and improper techniques that may hinder your future employment. More experienced cook should also avoid this place for its lack of knowledgeable management, and micromanaging owners.
