Very upbeat office environment and everyone shared a hard working mentality. Learned how to prioritize revenue generating tasks and the necessary steps to complete the sales cycle. Lots of attention and support was provided by management. Learning and improvement was highly encouraged. The hardest part of the job was prospecting. The most enjoyable part of the job was closing a deal.
Worked in manufacturing in the clean room for a year and a half. My manager was awful. Condescending and rude, lied about overtime pay, had no experience in the clean room so was completely useless on top of the fact she didn't take suggestions from the employees actually performing manufacturing duties, and in general a real buzz kill. Easily the worst manager I've ever had.
Most of the people who work there are great. Salaries are not that high to do the status of the company being a desirable place for science-based work. Company culture is good and benefits are also fine.
