- This company provides terrible 'opportunities' that limit career advancement if an employee ever tries to leave. - Management is absent, or when actually contributing, makes uninformed decisions that disrupt employee advancing with approved projects. - Women are not treated appropriately. Management asked each woman in an all-women meeting if each planned to get married and start a family. Would men be asked the same? - Management doesn't conduct proper research prior to making decisions, and changes their minds often which looks disorganized and unprofessional. - Employees are unhappy and complain constantly. - There are almost 50 HR staff working in the company. Why so many if they never address employee concerns? What are they doing? - The company is moving to Production Way near SFU. Almost all employees will need to commute much further (+45 minutes each way) to get to work. They don't tell this to job candidates. - The company actively removes negative posts from Glassdoor, etc. to make their ratings look better. That isn't ethical and misleads potential job candidates.
