Starbucks offers more benefits than many other minimum wage jobs. You make some great friendships and meet some interesting people. However, it can be a stressful job if you are someone who gets overwhelmed easily. You have to make drinks and warm up food all day while also smiling and greeting customers as they walk in and out. SELF CARE IS KEY!

Great place to work. Great co workers for the most part. Management works with other work and school schedules. Culture is always a top priority which separates this job from other jobs. A few toxic people but they weed themselves out quickly. It’s nice to have a manager that actually cares about the employees. Overall, great place to work.
Morning shirts were very high stress and management handled the stress poorly. Evening shifts were very relaxed and management had no problem then. The best part of working at Starbucks was the other partners, they made ever shift enjoyable and fun and I made life long friends from my time at Starbucks.
