Imagine being hired on, and immediately thrown into a supervisor role, from then on you receive minimal training and its very stressful because if you do any little thing wrong you get written up no matter what it was.
Balancing work with life is extremely difficult moving locations the management did an awful job to accommodate peoples availability, if they asked for the availability to be followed they got their hours completely cut which i find disgusting and unprofessional.
The entire aspect of the intense competition is rather strange considering the message the company wants to spread, they want to spread kindness, love, and friendship, meanwhile behind close doors are management yelling at people and being overly competitive about drive thru times and drink recipes
Lets also not forget how if you aren't a favourite of the management you aren't getting anywhere in the company besides maybe fired, everyone at the store gossips and hunts you down for any little thing you do wrong which in turn ruins your sanity and mental health in general.
I've had more co-workers cry at this place than i have schoolmates in school its insane, management bullies people and acts out of competitive edge instead treating employees like human beings. Other baristas will bully and gossip about one another with no consequences especially if you're a favourite of the manager.
Free drinks (only on shift)
