What's the process like for a person with learning or and physical disability and if you know what it like working there with a disability thanks
I actually had a colleague with autism who I worked with frequently and from what I gathered for him he had been working there for a while, was friends with the rest of the workers, and had 1 shift a week where he came in for a bit and the team would help of course if he ever needed additional assistance with something.
They are not a discriminatory company, they would hire anyone as long as it is a good fit regarding previous experience.
Performed several job duties as a barista and provided customer service. Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner. At Starbucks, I take orders, make coffee, tea and other drinks to customers specifications. I often clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas during a normal shift.
No, the person would not be mature enough to handle work. That age is also the age where a lot of physical and hormonal changes are occuring. I believe that we are forcing children to mature quicker than their biology allows them to, and children need to be children in order to mature and be psychologically healthy
