I actually had a colleague with autism who I worked with frequently and from what I gathered for him he had been working there for a while, was friends with the rest of the workers, and had 1 shift a week where he came in for a bit and the team would help of course if he ever needed additional assistance with something.
At my store we have multiple partners with disabilities and honestly it’s very accommodating for those individuals. starbucks has always been such an open and accepting environment, it is a very great job for any person of any walk of life!
Definitely. they are great as a company, but I don't think one would like the physical strain of the job.
Not the ideal environment
Not for a person with physical disability because there is constant movement & it is fast paced.
