Most questions are STAR questions, and we are mostly looking for your personality. We understand interviews can be nerve wracking, so we’re not expecting perfection- we are, however, expecting personality.
They ask about certain recommendations we would make if a customer was unsure of a drink.

They also ask to plead my case as to why I believe a barista is a good part-time job for me.
