Les retours sur la performance sont bien, Starbucks contrôle bien son entreprise et sais le gérer bien pour que sa rester toujours numéro 1, et ils changent toujours pour de nouvelles boissons dépendant les saisons, c'est Super sa!

We do a partner development plan, set a goal, talk about what we’re going to do to achieve that goal, then follow up in a month or two to see if we really worked towards change.

Weekly check ins and sign off sheets when closing down the store. Manager works in the back with us some days of the week to work with us on what we can do better and what new things we can learn.

Not great communication personally with miscommunication.
It's supposed to be a private conversation so they can connect and touch-base with you. But my manager would ridicule and embarrass us in front of our coworkers and customers.
