  • Poorly. Masks are not enforced. No time is given for handwashing even after handling cash. No Plexiglas at drive thru, and conversation with customers is mandatory. No rules are enforced because Customer Connections are more important than employee health and safety.

  • Great steps. Masks are worn, and a great setup inside to maintain social distancing when going into the cafe.

  • Very well! Policies on cleanliness were changed immediately and the response to help employees who could not work due to the pandemic was amazing as well

  • They paid us an average amount of hours biweekly even though our store was closed down. If we decided to work at a store that was open, we would get paid $17 an hour.
