I actually had a colleague with autism who I worked with frequently and from what I gathered for him he had been working there for a while, was friends with the rest of the workers, and had 1 shift a week where he came in for a bit and the team would help of course if he ever needed additional assistance with something.
They are not a discriminatory company, they would hire anyone as long as it is a good fit regarding previous experience.
