I am looking to leave Staples because I see no future at Staples they don't promote people for the job they do they promote for the sales numbers.

Poor management. The management team sucks!!! They don’t care about their employees at all. They pick and chose favourites and if you are not one of the favourites, you get treated like garbage. Managers even talk about you behind your back

Not enough hours, promised every other weekend off and it was never delivered. Scheduled to work every weekend even though i was services supervisor.

I did after 12 years of investing my time and my life. I was an exemplary employee- great reviews from management and colleagues, for my down to earth training capacity. Staples is really cheap with their employees, now I realize more that I have left and see what other companies do to motivate and recognize their employees. You earn stars and badge from peer recognition that mean nothing, zilch. We didn't even get a St-Hubert meal at Christmas. Management, really poor. Problem never get fixed and social media is profiting from how messed up Staples is with their delivery issues, inventory issues and price errors, that they watch media like vultures and then pounce by calling escalation department and DEMAND orders and items for free. Management, thinking they are doing the company a service give laptops, matresses and drones for FREE!!! ….Just so customers dont go to head office. My shares in the company went down, no freakin surprise. They were bought by private company. We will see if they survive the AMAZON dominated online business. They cant compete unless they revamp management and logistics.

Thay are partial and mangement has their favourite employees who thay gave hour to and promotes even though Thay don't know the job or can proform in the role.
