Avis d'employé sur Bureau en gros
Stressful and underpaid but the best people to work with.
I was with Staples for about 6 years. In that time I worked at 2 of the stores. I was a cashier, aisles associate, technology associate and a technician, all without a lay raise. I was working for minimum wage the whole time. The companie's equipment barely works and is very out dated, there is next to no training and moving up in the company is a joke. But I worked with amazing people. I deem working there worth it just for the people. But it should very much be a temporary job. Its not a bad job to start with, there are definitely worse options but don't expect amazing pay. Or for the job to be fair.

Pay is a joke.
Staples is a fun place to work at. All staff members are super chill and will answer any questions you chuck at them. The most enjoyable part of staples is when you get to release co2 from exchanged emptied soda-stream canisters and laugh at your coworkers that are jealous, or putting clearance stickers/labels on products.
While working at Staples I was balancing five courses in my 12th grade. The overall is that the job was ok but I had to leave due to school being my priority. Alas, It paid minimum wage and was a good first retail experience.
Too many responsibilities
I started out in the print and copy centre. Lots of jobs to do, from printing to, creating new clients following the rules - and still doing customer service work. Eventually, I moved from Copy Representative to Cashier and sales associate. Quite often they would have me flexing in all areas when it was busy. I would reconmend this as a first time job.
