Avis d'employé sur Bureau en gros
Customer service The few managers seem to ruin the experience for everyone else Not a great place to work if you want to feel valued as an employee Benefits are good, Retail is changing , but not for the better. No overtime available due to COVID but occasionally when needed Job security if you do what your job description asks you to do Have to be able to have a “strong” backbone when it comes to customers who think they can treat you badly. Being able to smile and have the customer is always right attitude..

Speaking the truth gets you nowhere
I am a supervisor, I was given a few days of training to learn my job. Then I was scheduled more as a cashier than a supervisor prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. I don't know if I just started at a bad time but I was promised the best training. To me, a few days just doesn't cut it. I'm still not done the modules in the training program. Also, I feel it's unfair to be scheduled as a cashier more often than I'm given supervisor shifts.
