HRM- yes it really is as bad as they say it is. Third party management has given all the tools for quality care delivery to the administrator, DOCs, and clinical managers. You would think HRM management would improve with this assistance... they don't even have to create process of care delivery! They are only tasked to be accountable for its implementation. And that's the problem- they refuse to be accountable, it's a disgrace.
